Work Out Description
Tricia and her team of fitness professionals demonstrate exercises in 20
minutes for each type of dog.
For each category of dog, there are 9 unique exercises for the owner that
incorporate strength training, cardiovascular exercise, anaerobic challenges,
and finally core exercises, all without added weight resistance.
The Lap Dog- Smaller dogs that need less exercise than most and don’t travel
quickly on all fours.
The Ball Catcher-Small to Medium size dogs who generally love to play ball.
They can move quickly and love exercise but don’t go for miles and miles.
The Marathoner-Medium to Larger size dogs who can go and go. Essentially,
they would enjoy running a marathon each and every day of their sweet lives.
The Old-Timer-Any size dog that is either limited in movement by their age,
size or physical limitations. They still love to exercise but they have more
limitations than most.
